Organic Tea intro
We created Organic Tea because we wanted to support the organic production of tea but also because we missed a place where to search for only organic teas across tea brands.
If you, like us, believe that organic growing is the future, you have landed just the right place.
Why only organic tea?
In 2012, a major study by Greenpeace found that the pesticide levels in conventionally grown teas are often very unhealthy.
Similarly, another study found that regularly drinking pesticide-contaminated tea does more harm than good and actually decrease (rather than increase) lifespan. This is due to the fact that many of these pesticides are water soluble, which means that they are in the leaf structure and are removed from the tea leaves during steeping, and then right into your body!!!

Tea & health
Are you aware that when you buy organic (tea), you are not only avoiding pesticides. Research is showing that you get even more of the plant’s good properties, because organically grown plants contain far more nutrients than conventionally cultivated plants.
So while sparing your body unnecessary pesticides by drinking organic tea, you will also get benefits in the form of higher nutritional values.
This is why you should always go for organic tea!
