Pukka After Dinner
In Pukka’s words this tea is:
‘Perhaps the most delicious course of all. Luxurious roasted chicory, sweet fennel & licorice. Tip your cup to the Christmas feast’.
I love the fact that most of Pukka’s teas besides being tasty and organic are also fair trade.
The values of Fair trade
Fair trade is a social movement trying to help people who make things in developing countries.
The movement helps people to work in better conditions and helps them getting more money for what they are making.
These things give workers the opportunity to improve their lives and plan for their future, and they help reduce poverty.
The movement also tries to keep the environment the same or improve the state that it is in.
Tasting Pukka After Dinner
After Dinner is a mix of roasted chicory root, aniseed, fennel seed, liquorice root, cardamom seed, orange peel and ginger.
I am drinking this tea now and I am finding it very tasty and refreshing. I guess it is the ginger and aniseed responsible for this.
Several users on Amazone are reporting that this tea helps with digestion especially after a heavy dinner, so why not trying this tea after Christmas dinner 😉
Quote day 19
‘What you seek is seeking you’.
By Rumi, (a 13th-century poet of immense talent).
What does this mean?
Here’s my interpretation.
If you feel drawn to, called, if you’re curious, if you keep returning to an idea, if you want something, if there’s something that won’t go away, it’s because what you seek is calling for attention.
If it weren’t, it wouldn’t be calling for attention. And doesn’t that perspective feel so much better than ‘I wish I could try out that class in printing onto fabric/using crystals for healing or what ever….
If you keep returning to an idea, a dream, a thought, that’s because the seed of it is living inside you.
The longer you wait, the louder it calls to be watered.
It’s seeking you to bring it to life ♥
